So, as you have seen, i have been pouring my heart and soul into my rc car... starlet body, 5 cans of paint, new motor, alloy wheel hex thingy's, few bits to mod body onto chassis, brand new bigger offset rims, drif tyres... I took my rc car to work today as we have a HUGE new warehouse, concrete heaven... While i was out somebody decided to play with it. 1 x cracked rim, hand controller set in reverse, trim up to shit, smashed it so hard, the steering servo ripped itself off the actual chassis and pulled the support screw straight through the cradle!!! And last but not least, fried my ProDigiRMX ESC... And when i got back to work, the fucks had just put it back on the shelf where i left it, only it is fucked and full of mud, dust, and shit wrapped around the axles!

Pretty much why I never take my car to work as I know theres a chance someone will come along and try to pick it up / play with it. Can almost gaurentee if someone goes to pick it up they'll grab the body to lift it.

Also people like to just open the throttle wide open which is completely unnecessary as the brushless has more than enough grunt on drift tyres at half throttle

I assume you are higher up than a warehouse employee and i also assume that the culprit was indeed a warehouse employee.

Therefore:

Dont be a beta male on this one jase,show some frickin alpha-dog steez and go down and crack some heads.if it was the boss' something that got wrecked im sure he would be be doing something about it.why should you lie down and take that crap.especially after how much time and money you invested.
Who cares if it causes some work drama.fool should'nt play with stuff that aint his.

Without sounding like I'm siding with the culprit(s) but theres a chance your boss could say thats the risk you take for bringing a toy (that's what they could see it as) to your workplace.

If he/she is a GC they'll stand up for you and do something, but I certainly wouldn't count on you getting much back. Plus if you go and attack someone (verbally etc) who supposidly used the car it could become a case of he said/she said and you get no where and even getting a warning yourself.

use your workmates against each other, choose your target and tell him some other workmates dobbed him in and you want cash, rattle his can and see if he sequels on the real culprit. Give them a guilt trip when you get them alone so its one on one, someone is gonna say something.
