Chassis protector film...

Postby AGRORB » 02 Mar 2011 22:00

Anyone know of any decent durable clear plastic or similar shit i can stick to the bottoms of my chassis to stop them getting annihilated by the edges of the driveway? Pretty gutting seeing gouges and chunks ripped out of your nice shiny carbon

get some of the wide , clear fibre tape from Bunnings,Mitre10 or wherever.
Put on a couple of layers. Looks fugly, but works.
Its on the bottom so doesnt really matter what it looks like. :P

I use the same, cheap 60cents for 1.5m
Can get some cool colours.
When it damaged pull it off and put new piece on.
