Use a hosting site like photobucket, upload your pic to that (just follow the instructions), then when its uploaded, hover your mouse over the pic, a drop down menu will appear, click on the IMG code and it'll copy automatically, come back on here, start a new post and simply hit copy (ctrl+V), your IMG code will appear, hit submit and your pic will show up, easy
