algood lol. and im from around hamilton. i have a tt01. its alright but most people on here would probably say to look at a ta05. their both from tamiya. just depends on ur budget really. in the for sale section there is a tt01 for sale atm and i think it comes with everything so might be worth looking at?

What's the difference between tt01 and ta05? As you can see I'm a real noob lol. If I had two hundred ATM I would buy that but unfortunately I don't, trying to sell car sounds to get more cash lol

Make sure you can find at least one other person that lives near you who either already has a rc drift car or wants to get one too.....Its all very well spending hundreds of dollars on this but if your by yourself it will get boring pretty quick.Thats just my opinion though,By myself with a sweet course i could probably drift for hours but an empty carpark with nothing to drift around leaves much to be desired.I literally forced my flatmate to get one too,but we hardly ever use the bloody things.Mostly due to having shit batteries and not enough of them to keep us drifting for longer than an hour(if that).
At the moment im getting more enjoyment out of painting/modifying new shells.
If your a tinkerer you will get loads of enjoyment/frustration out of this but if you dont have the patience or any artistic flair, just buy one that is already setup and goes quick.
Get a shit body to smash up as you will crash into stuff.

The rc drift rabbit hole is deep, will you swallow the red pill and see how deep it goes or take the blue pill and live your life as you think it exists???
